Banned for 302 Redirect

I moved the site from dealcase.com to grupare.com in April 2005.

Since then, I was just waiting for SEs to index the new website. After almost 70 days, it didn't happen.

After browsing forums here, I found out I was redirecting urls w/ 302 temporary redirect that would eventually get me banned from Search Engines.

I just fixed it to 301 redirect. Now, what more can I do to get indexed asap? Is there any way I can find out the site is actually banned from Google?

And would it be recommended to resubmit the site?

Any help would be really appreciated.
