Hello...
I am nearly ready to launch my site but without analysing traffic all of my search engine optimisation techniques will be useless unless I know how many people are visiting and where from...can a forum member point me to some good articles about analysing traffic? I also wanted to ask people's views on Microsoft bCentral as a method of optimising pages for search engineshere I used it last year and I thought that it was very good at ensuring your site doesn't break rules (e.g. same colour text and background, ketword spamming, plus more) and I managed to get good ratings for my search terms |

I use Awstats to analyze my site traffic. Check it out, it's a good program and will help you figure out where your traffic is coming from.

Not a problem. It may not be the best software out there, but it's been more than sufficient for my needs and a lot of people I know use it too. |
