How a site links to you is very inportant, if possible get them to use a text link that includes one or two of your keywords

That's one of the most frustrating parts about exchanges...most of the time the other webmaster puts your link info wrong - worng text, wrong URL...worng something.

You just have to keep pushing ahead though, links won't create themselves
