Can muti lungual keywords help to raise PR?

<meta name="keywords" content="webmarks web-based online favorites bookmark signet しおり 书签 書簽 σελιδοδείκτης referentie De bladwijzer seņalador Lesezeichen закладка bokmärke بووكمرك" />

Would the above meta tag help to gather more traffic?

PR or PageRank is about the links, has nothing to do with the content of the page. good content does help get natural backlinks in long term.

Thanks.
There's such a difference between the two words.

Keywords should show the page's summary in a few words.
I think if the page is not much dependent in a particular lanuage the keywords may be expressed in muti-language.

And should avoid meta tag stuffing, repeating keywords in the Meta tags more than once, and using keywords that are unrelated to the site's content.

I would do the page only in one language (best English, but otherwise your home language). When people view foreign language pages they will do a Google translate so all the words will appear anyway.

I dont think translating a few words will have any effect on SERPS - they are just not there enough to count. Better to translate the whole page if you can, and then post it on your site.

You may be right.
I don't understand how web crawlers treat meta tag value, keywords.
