Can not increase site from PR2

Hello all,

I recently took over the administration of a Real Estate website and have seen its page rank drop from PR4 to PR2. I have heard that Google does not use meta tags so have not changed them. The content of my site hardly changes. Can anyone advise me how to increase my ranking back up to a PR4 or above. Any suggestions please.

1st, if your page rank dropped it could be anything upto 6 weeks before it gets re checked by google and your page rank could go back up
2nd, would you mind sending me a link to your site and i may be able to give you a few pointers if i can see the code
3rd it is a good idea to change the content a bit every now and again

a good thing to keep in mind is that Page Rank is based on how many websites are linked to your website. Doesn't really mean how your search engine rankings are. There are some websites out there on top position with very low ranking. But, of course keeping the page rank high is not a bad think either
