Canonical issues with images and javascript

My issue is with images and javascript files that can be accessed from more than one URL path. I got this issue after a scan from one of the free SEO tool.

I know that duplicated pages with same content should be canonicalized to the preferred page. But, I would like to make sure if the duplicate location of images and javascript files have any affect on search engine ranking.

    Like:
http://www.mysite.com/image1.jpg can also be accessed from https://www.mysite.com/image1.jpg.
http://www.mysite.com/templates/js/javascript1.js can also be accessed from http://www.mysite.com/message/javascript1.js

I could not find enough information on the internet on this matter. Maybe, it doesn't matter much but I just want to make sure.

In first URL both URL are common because "https" is just SSL certificate extension.

and in second URL, may be you have applied Same java script with same image but just URL different.

Yes, images and javascript(s) are same in both location. I wanted to know if these are accessible from two different URLs, will it hamper on the SEO process? I know it should be optimized if these were text content, but I doubt with content like images and javascript.

Same images with same script no problem but require different content on both pages.
