well, without any content or anything, you're really sort of handicapping yourself. However, I do understand the nature of this type of site...what I would suggest is work on linking. do 'add url: bathroom' (and other keywords) in google, yahoo and msn, and get as many links as you can pointed at ur site. be as specific as you can when linking as well. you shouldn't build all ur links at one time, so spread it out to avoid penalty.

hope that helps.

Apart from building links the only things that you can do is to use mod-rewrite the serach URL's to make them more SE friendly, and add more content like articles, etc. Apart from that, off page optimization (GETTING LINKS!!!!!) is all that you can do.

You could also exchange links with other toilet seat retailers/plumber services etc -- it really boosts your rankings.

I also agree with catacaustic to use mod_rewrite. Google really places a lot of emphasis on URL names. This is why DevShed wins a great deal SEO-wise.

Alternatively, (this is easier) you could make your shopping script process "script.asp?product=Some+Brand+deluxeproductname&code=browse" instead of "script.asp?product=326901&code=02". An additional benefit is that people can remember the URLs of their favorite products more easily.

if you have so many restrictions, probably the best you can do is getting backlinks with proper anchor text

hi, ran

you have written that without any content or anything, you're really sort of handicapping yourself, but i say it's very easy to optimize a site without content and without changing
the title. lots of tricks are there where you can optimize your dynamic site and you also can get good keyword position in google and other search engines.

cheers
