As far as I know there is no effect at all. Keywords in domain name are not that important anymore after the latest algorithm changes by Google. However it's still good to have a keyword rich domain name.
Title should have your main keywords, but you shouldn't stuff keywords and repeat keywords unnecessarily.

In my opinion there is no effect of putting domain name in the title after latest Google EMD update. If your main keyword is same as domain name then use this as a title but but it will be same as title which is not domain name.

Effect of domain name in title
I would say it matters less. EMD i.e Exact Match Domains and hyphenated domains are not the way to go if you are looking to build an authority website. Not anymore at least

Most of the time, your domain name is your brand name, most likely it is unique & have less searches, so in such cases putting domain name in title gives benefit for ranking.

keyword in your domain name is not as much good since latest Google update is EMD(Exact Match Domain)..According to this domain name with keyword having not unique and niche content will get spammed by Google..

Yes,it was very helpful before EMD update. But now,you will have to take care of quality serving on your website just rather than targeting keywords in domain or title.

This won't affect in any way. More importantly, it helps in branding of the company. If you don't want to use your domain name in title, you can utilize it in description. You can use your domain name only if it is your firm or company name. Or it will look like a spam.

This scheme will introduce sudden changes in the ranking structure of the website. Therefore I will suggest people have domain in their title to have an effective ranking of website in a long time.

This trend has been changed completely, today companies relying more on branding and focus on getting unique or remembering name. Keywords in domain name also trouble you bu Google EMD penalty, if your site receive some low quality backlinks.
