gone from google
Howdy.
I currently maintain a website for a promotional product supplier company. The page is built in frames (yes, I am completely aware of the downfalls of frames, and plan a rebuild in the next couple of months), and i have gone to great lengths to optimize it for search engines using 'legit' techniques. the problem is, the site has basically fallen off the face of the planet in google's search. Graphix Plus That's the site...if anyone's got any helpful advice (aside from losing the frames) i would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance! |

I can see a few problems of the site:
1) low PR (PR1) and lack of external backlinks 2) use of frame 3) slow loading (too many images)

i've been working on setting up linking programs with related vendor sites, but it's going slowly...again, i've explained the frame situation, and would the fact that it is slow loading have anythign to do with it being dropped from Google??

There was an update to Google's ranking algorithm on the 2nd Feb 2005. With low PR it would only take a small change in their algo to drop it altogether.
I have had the same problem and dropped right off the SERPs.
