Google friendly blogging soft ?
Hello bloggers, I have a client that wants to set up a blog. We typically just do ecommerce sites and I am looking for some suggestions on the best to use. I would like some turn key soft with these options:
1.100% W3C Compliant 2.Can Display Adsense 3.Google Friendly URLS 4.No duplicate URLs in navigation 5.Easy to use Any good suggestions? you advise will be appreciated

Google likes blogger better though. So I tend to setup blogs and point links to my other sites.

I think the best you can do is to set-up a WordPress blog from him and to get hosted it anywhere. it is a realible platform, it will be your own and you'll have a a unique domain name.

Agree with post above. Worldpress is the best one. I think that its pages are SEO friendly.

Wordpress is SEO friendly, but it does take some work to get it really tuned. There are many plugins that help. Compliancy depends upon which theme you are using but the default theme should be compliant. The SEO All-in-One pack should help eliminate duplicates that may be generated. You may have to alter the htacess file to redirect 301s. Overall, Wordpress does a good job out-of-the-box, but some additional work is really required to get it full SEO ready.
