Google isn't indexing me.
I dont know what googles beef is.
I have optimized the website and have some inbound links, granted they are not the best PR websites, but surely i have enough for a cache. I have registered with dmoz and yahoo, yahoo is listing me, but dmoz is taking an ice age to even view the website. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. The website URL is as follows: Texsa Holdem Poker Strategy |

how do i check this, i have logs, shed loads of them, too many infact. Do i run a search for googlebot in the text files?
The only google entry in the stats logs are mediapartner-google entries. There are no googlebot entries. I see that your website is not cached either, must be annoying you aswell. |

do you use a program like AWStats or Webalizer? They will usually give you information about which bots are hitting your site. I actually put it in my meta tags instructing google not to cache the site. |

How long ago, did you upload your website? Google-bot runs about once in 3 weeks. So, if your site is just 2 weeks old, please be patient, the Google-bot still has to come...
The more links there are on the web, pointing to your site, the higher the chance to get listed (or was it the chance to get higher ranked...?) |

Probably three weeks, i am always updating it though and it has never been indexed or cached by google. The site has been around for six weeks since i created it. |

if you don't know if googlebots are hitting your site, then how do you know it isn't indexing you? How are you searching for your site?

Ive manually checked through my log files and the only google results are mediapartner-google entries.
I havnt got around to installed webalizer or AWstats as there ftps ar enot responding to download requests. Ive been using the googletoolbar to check whether or not ive been cached. |
