google plateau :/

I own http://www.bodyjewelry99.com I recently jumped up 15 spots to be ranked as #30 in google for the term "body jewelry" but now things have settled down and I'm back to my normal spot...in the 40's I've been here for a while and can't figure out what I can do to get over the hill that is just before me.

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me to at least stay up in 25-30?

What have you already done? If it worked to get you into the top 40 then maybe more of the same would help?

well, I've collected links, put good title tags, metatags on everypage (even if google doens't use them) alt tags....just the usual things I can find in places like this. Should the above things be diff. on each page, or at least on every few pages? Anything else you can think of?
