Google's not spidering!
Google doesn't seem to be spidering my site at all (http://www.peterrees.co.uk). I've got all the relevant meta tags and have submitted my site to Google several times ove rthe last few months.
Any ideas? |

Yes, it is
Google is spidering your site. It knows about 27 pages on your site. If you go to Google and search for:
site:http://www.peterrees.co.uk It will show you all the pages it knows about. You will have to click on the 'repeat the search with the omitted results included' link to see all the pages. Google doesn't spider the whole site in one go, it comes back and does it in several chunks. This is to stop it over-powering your server by trying to grab all the pages at once. So, if you only see it grab a few pages in your logs, it'll come back and get more on another day. HTH |
