Google sandbox/ google toolbar basic q
I have a domain i purchased in dec of 06 before i had there was a about a yr and a half gap with nothing on it-- my question is i check daily my page rank just 5min ago was the first time i had anything besides a ZERO PAGERANK it is now a one i know it is nothing great but if i have a page rank that means i am out of the sandbox right and links to my page will improve my page rank right?any thing that would improve the page rank? thanks much
