Google sitemaps
My page analysis for one of my google sitemaps shows:
In your site's content ⁿ ïm pΦ vï ïe ëe eⁿ uï zvï ìm Where are all these strange characters coming from? I can't see them within my pages. FYI http://www.dbnetsolutions.co.uk/index.aspx I've got other sites with sitemaps none of which have this problem. Any ideas? |

Hmm that page is supposed to show keywords on your site...
Could it be an encoding problem? Like the copyright symbol should be & copy ; instead of the symbol pasted into the code. Last edited by huyaroo : February 6th, 2007 at 01:13 PM. |

I'm using iso-8859-1 and xhtml and w3c seems to validate most my pages.
It's unlikey to be the copyright as that only occurs within the footerof each page where as other words further down the list are obvioulsy more prominent within the site. e.g. the word website must occur LOTS of times but its half way down the list below these funny characters. I've switched off viewstate as well. |
