Help with slow site speed

Hi
Here are two sites, using same type of hardware and software but still having such a difference in the speed

[Adult content sites]

Site 1
Site 2

Moreover, Site 2 has more images than Site 1 but still Site 2 loads faster
I used http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/ but still cant come to any conclusions
Can someone help please?

Honestly, Site1 for me is fast than site2. Do you have a open mail relay and somebody was mailing thru your server and it knocked down the performance ? Or did you have a lot of traffic on site1 while checking it ? You also might want to check all your logs on both boxes for any error's which could slow down the response from the server.
