Help with Webtrends
I just started a new position where I will be responsible for running Webtrends for our site. I haven't really been given any guidance and doing the official Webtrends training right now is out of the question b/c of price and timing. I am looking for some general help or guidance about setting up some basic reports- nothing too complicated.
Any ideas where this information exists, where I can get some help? Many thanks. mamadouthiam |

Try a Google for some free website traffic analysis software and find one that provides the reporting features you need.

The webtrends reports are graphically very good and impressive looking, managers & your customers will love them. I personally wouldnt spend money on a training course for webtrends though. Webtrends is quite easy to use, the basic reports are good enough (to answer your question) for most people and once you become familiar with the interface you can start adding the non-default items you want. we've switched to using analog in our place becuase of its ease of automation (which webtrends generally doesnt have) and also because, analogs memory/processor footprint is much smaller then webtrends.
