i saw someone post about this and had it explained to them, I can't seem to dig it up though.
on google if you search for "cnn" you get something like this as the result

There is no way to do it and google haven't even hinted on what makes the algorithm pick one site and not another. Most likely it is to do with what people search for and click when searching CNN, just a guess though.
