I have a site which is indexed in google.. site is 7shops.com. Alos..I have pages which are link between them with a perl script...

The main page... http://www.7shops.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi is indexed..but the other pages aren't. Other pages are like this: http://www.7shops.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?action=showprod&id=5499

This Perl script has the ? sign. I understand that google doesn't index this pages..

google (as well as other spiders) only have problems with overly-deep dynamic urls. the one you showed as an example shouldn't be a huge problem. if it's a large concern for you, look into mod rewrites.

hope that helps.

ran_dizolph is correct,
but it makes lese sence to the searchengine/bot, cause there no specifics/similaraties between the link url and the content on that pages, although in your case it has, a general similar meaning, forum in the link and forum words on the forum page.
u should be alright, if you have title in the link to that forum it would boost you a bit as well.

google has no problem indexing URL with one parameters. Indexing could be slow if you have more than two parameters. To speed up the indexing process for dynamic pages, you can point a few external links to the dynamic pages.
