How to contact Google, re SERPS?

I have a site (www.playhard.co.uk) which Google indexes almost daily (as I can tell from looking at the Google page cache). However it does not appear in Google's results at all any more. It used to until end of Jan.

I have tried to contact Google on their web form but with no luck. All I get is automatic answers.

Has anyone had similar problems. What's the best way to get hold of Google. Does anyone have any useful contacts there??

Many thanks if you can help.

It is very hard to get a hold of Google, but if you do a search on google at the bottom of the page is a link where you could send them an e-mail... you got to keep trying until the respond (eventually they do).

Smile

Sorry to say that but if for some reason Google crawler do not place you site among listnings I do not expect Google editors to do someting for you.

I can suggest you to review your site code and to see if there is something scripts, repeated words and etc that might be considered as aspamming the crawler.

Best Regards
Dimitar
