I never found such kind of sites. But before posting any content to these sites think about spamming also because such king of site have vast majority of spam site.

If you use firefox there is a nice Add-ons to findout dofollow links. The Add-ons is "nodofollow".
Just install the Add-ons and after install when you remain on any webpage just right click your mouse then select "nodofollow" All the nofollow links will be select with red color and all the dofollow links will be select with blue color.

Search it with Google , Also Remember Any Irrelevant work for your website pays with Big losses in Search ranking . So go with Relevancy .
