Iam I banned from Google?

Hi there,

I while ago I got kicked off the Google AdSense program for invalid click which I never did!
Anyway I just want to know if this will have any effect on the indexing of my website? Below are some link that reassure me and some that don't:

Good:

No, you're not banned from google. I can see 700-800 pages indexed from your domain on every datacenter that I check (70 odd ips).

I'd say get some more inbound links and the redirect from www.owensworld.com to http://www.owensworld.com/home/index.php probably isn't helping much.

I have been reading up on SEO and they all say the best thing to do is get more 'inbound links' but whats the best way to get/make inbound links without them being considered as spam?

Submit your site to directories (dmoz, yahoo, etc). You can try emailing similar sites and asking for a link exchange. Add links into your signature on forums.

Checked your site on Google and no you are not banned.

also to add a bit. Google uses their Adsense client to help them with indexing, but the program is seperate from the ranking algorithms, so for now, you shouldn't have to worry. In the future, this might be something that Goog tacks on to their trust factors so who knows.
