Increasing Page Rank

I have a couple of good links going on through www.gamesmainframe.com but I only get like 4 or 5 hits from Google a day and my page rank is only 3.

I need to improve - any ideas?

PageRank is about backlinks. Get a few links from high PR pages. Good conent will help you get some natural links, but that will take a while.

I agree with dejaone, you need links from sites that already have a page rank. If you are looking for visitors from google, you also need to work on optimizing your pages with keywords because page rank will only take you so far.

Buy traffic. Google Adwords are an easy way of increasing traffic to your site. Also sign up to more free directories like Jayne and DMOZ.
