Indexing Main page, but not following links.
Both Google and MSN (maybe even yahoo) will see my main index page, follow the one link on it, then index that page, and no other pages that link from it

does anyone know why it wont follow my links??

If it's a new site, you need to get some links to the site from other sites before most of the search engines will index the site. Without some backlinks, the site will likely be ignored.

Also, I assume you are using hyperlinks for navigation. Most spiders will not follow JavaScript links, Flash navigation or image maps. You need hyperlinks.

put a sitemap on your site...press release, article submission, variation of your board/forum sig for your site to be visible by SE bots..

You need links to the other pages from other sites. Unless your main page has a good PR (3 or more) then the links off it might not get followed for a very long time.
