Is it possible to set keywords for ad block

Does google have a way of setting up the type of adverts you want for each column of adverts, say you want cars to appear in column, bikes in another, flats etc, all on the same page?

Does Google give you the ability to specify what keywords should match a column, so that they can match the users adwords?

I hope they can, that will be really good.
