Is something wrong with the keyword "management"?

We have the site www.management-trainingen.nl. The site is now on the web for one month. No Google PageRank yet, but Google had indexed all pages. The strange thing is that al lot of words are recognised (for example the combination of the 2 dutch words "visie ontwikkeling" scores nr. 14), but any words and combination with the word "management" gives not score under the first 500, while I would expect the 2 words "management trainingen" would score high for www.management-trainingen.nl. But "management trainingen" is not found at all, even when you filter Google "Dutch sites" only. Could it be it has something to do with the word "management"? Could it be because the keyword "managament" is also an English word?

The keyword "management" returns 3,980,000,000 results... You will NEVER get in the top 100, even top 1,000 with a site that's a month old.

Google takes a lot of different factors into play with it's results, and one large factor is the age of the domain (and also the pages that are in the site). The pages that are ranking well for management are going to be pages that have 1,000's of backlinks, have been around for a long time (measured in years) and have good on-site optimisation that doesn't try to hard to be there.

You will have found the site on some of the other terms because the results for those will be tiny compared to "management". Yes, your site is indexed, yes google comes back, but as much as it pains me to say it becasue it also relates to my own sites, until you have the site get some decent age about it, and collect a good number of backlinks, your site will never rank for a competitive keyword. There's just to many other people out there trying as well. It takes time, effort and the ability to not panic every day that you don't see a result. The results will come, just put in the work now, and you will be paid off in the future. When that time is, no one knows.

Hi Kippy,

I also suggest putting the word "management" in your 'keywords' META tag. I viewed the source of your page and did not see it in there. Hope that helps.
