Thumbs up Keyword Stuffing means?

Keyword stuffing means how many keywords you have placed in your particular page of website..This keyword stuffing will be indicated within a percentage mode or density..The best keyword stuffing is 4% to 5%..if you trying to put more than that the Google will consider into spammy..So you have to focus on these things.

I'm sorry to disagree with you. Google does not provide any guideline on how much keyword density is best. Natural flow of words can't consider as keyword stuffing.

I agree on the point that you have said here google don't provide any guideline on how much keyword density is best. But google guideline provide limitation of using keyword density. According to google rule we can use 3%-7% keyword density on our article. When we will break this guidelines our site/blog will get penalize by google.

More keywords are not equal to more traffic. There are some web pages with low article keywords density of 1% to 2% also can be ranked high in SERP. In general, the keywords shall appear two or three times in a short article and five to eight time in a long one. The key is these keywords shall appear naturally. This can ensure the good ranking and good users experience at the same time.

Although started as spam this is a good discussion. I think Google don't provide any guideline because they simply cant judge such a thing. For example if you're reviewing something then the product name usually gets mentioned several times and has a high keyword density. But if it's read naturally then it wont cause a problem.
As with many things in the Google algorithm this is just one factor. If the keyword density is high and bounce rate, average time on site etc are also negative then you are likely to get penalized. Otherwise it wont matter much in my opinion.

Keyword stuffing is known as an illegal search engine optimization technique that involves adding an excessive amount of keywords into the HTML or tags of a webpage to bring more traffic to a website.

The words in the Keywords

The words in the Keywords tag were never treated as keywords by the search engines; they were treated as text on the page. The tag isn't as effective as it used to be but there is no reason to leave it out. So put plenty of relevant keywords into the tag and include the search term once at the front, and a second time further along the line. There is no need to seperate keywords and keyphrases with commas, as is often done, since the engines ignore commas.
