Question keywords selection

I am not really sure if this is the right place to ask, but as my question is conected with promotion,...

I have long considered which keywords to choose for my site and have come up with severall, in fact I am quite sure that I know for which 2-3 words combinations I want to get found.

GHow do I incorporate the keywords now? I thought I would just list them in the metatag separated by

you will find several FREE tools, all of which I use myself, including a Meta Tag Builder, which makes short work of getting the meta tags correct.
