Knowledge transfer
hello
can any1 help me.I am trying to make a knowledge transfer system.the problem is that in an organization the data related to the various projects are scattered.kept in various distributed databases or servers.So i need to integrate all the database n servers n optimize the transfer of the knowledge.can any1 tell what all tools or tech do i need to work with so as to make the software.
