I use a exchange program called Link Vault. You get points for having other people's links on your pages (the higher the PR, the more points), and in exchange you get links on other people's pages (once again, the higher the PR, the more points spent per link).

Links are dedicated to a page, so aren't random and don't cause problems/penalities with google and other search engines.

I have bekirhoca.com (pr4) but is content important with link exchange procedure? Because I get this PR4 with the help of my friends but their sites have no point with my sites content
