Found this free link exchange tool Link-Swapper at
http://www.link-swapper.com/ on this forum at the php development and tried it for about 3 month. So far I found it to be a good free link exchange tool. I know many would pay a lot of money for such a tool, so first thanks for the tip.
Wanted to know if anyone else heard of it or had experience using it ?

IT is not a farm it is a tool. it will help you manage your links and allow visitors to your site to add their links ( providing they add a linkback)
a link farm is something else.
