Links around a DIV
Does Google have any issues with associating the text in a DIV with the A HREF tag that surrounds it?
For instance: Code:
<a href="http://somwhere.com/"> <div style="background-color:#EEEEEE">Some Text</div> </a>

What google does I don't know.
Since you are posting in a SEO forum I guess you want want to hear this but: You cannot place block-level elements(div) within inline elements (<a>), so whether your page would actually function as expected is open to debate
