Locality related search script
I have an locality related domain name, and I want to create a web page which searches google and other search engines for the terms the user enters combined with keywords relating to the locality which are fixed into the page.

Are there scripts which can do this?

Secondly is there some way I can set the links for the domain name to appear as the referrer, in conjunction with search engine provider (if that is how it is done).

I suspect that some search engines provide such a service, where can I start in any way.
