Meta"Keywords" 1.000 ? Doorpage bad ?

Hi there,

1) I have a web page regarding Greece, and for this reason may people asked to rent there flat for the Olympiad 2004 on my page. Result, I have now a database with some accommodations in german and english. First my ranging was good, then MAYBY after using 8 doorway pages you can find my page at google.de BUT just with the name of the page and not with the keywords.
2) Is it correctly that the meta “keywords” can be up to 1.000 ? Isn't 256 the maximum ?
3) Do I have to announce my web page every month again at google.de, or is this not a good idea because they give you a bad ranging ? I am afraid that my page was announce twice in a week.

well there's your problem..doorway pages are bad news.
Google doesn't look kindly on any sort of redirection... they don't like spam

Basically, your doorway pages show google one thing, but it shows visitors and surfers something else..because when they visit the doorway pages they get redirected to the main website. Google sees this as cloaking, and penalizes for this.
8-doorway pages.. you can expect penalization...

Sometimes you can get away with this for a while, but when google does find out they will penalize...

I have reported to google about many sites using doorway pages but still they are ranking high in very competitive keywords. I do not think they take action on case by case basis. I checked their webmaster guidelines. They say that they try to automatically filter the spam. That means if you get away with it then you may be able to fool the filters and they do not take action on complaints.
