Submit your site to DMOZ.ORG and wait it out.

It is said that once a submission is in DMOZ, it will then be found in Yahoo! (though I'm not sure about MSN).

But it can take up to 6 months for your submission to be reviewed and added.

You will get many more responses to this question if you post it in our SEOChat.com forums. There are Search Engine Jedi's in that forum.

Yahoo.com uses Google as the source for its results, so you need to be indexed by Google.
I am at the moment no 1 on Google for a site I have and that result is echoed on Yahoo.com, (but not yahoo.co.uk) without me spending a single penny !!
