Multiple results in google

I'm seing some website having differents links when a search is done on Google, I mean, you see the main website on top, and just under, some internal links from that website with divided sections.

http://www.google.com and search Microsoft

You can see those links under the first result
- Download center (url to download center mainpage)
- Help and Support (url to help and support mainpage)
- etc., 4 links total
- More results from microsoft.com >

1 - How you do that for your website?

2 - Can you put more than 4 sublinks in your listing?

3 - If you can submit more that 4 sublinks, can you choose which ones you want will show if only 4 can be shown in the main result pagesearch?

YOu can not do nothing. Google team decide whether to display a particular web address wtih internal link. They do it only on specific keywords and phrases and only for businesses that are popular enough and are connected to keyword or combimation.

It's google algorithm that shows these results for popular and reputed website. This has been included in the algo for user to make the navigation easier for the website he is searching for.

Even google team can't interfere in those results, unless they change/add a new tweak to search algo[it's not manual yet].

You won't be able to submit sublinks/pages to google search in any other way. To get those kind of results for your site, you will need to increase your domain visibility/popularity throughout the web. ATB

That makes a lot of sense since only popular websites shows this.

Why do different DCs show different resuts?

I'm not sure it really is manual as I've seen it on some pretty unsavoury sites too that I cant imagine Google would want to give this advantage to
