Need Help Optimizing Website

I have set up a company formation website: http://www.doylecompanylaw.com

However I am unsure as to which keywords to optimize for. I hear go for less competitive keywords initially. Are there any free tools that could help me find which keywords I should use?

Also what do you think of it re. its HTML coding and <h1> and <title> tags where Google is concerned?

Over at SEO Chat you will find loads of articles and tools in relation to keywords and site promotion.

This one, for example, gives an idea of how competative a certain keyword or phrase is.

FYI: You can also see what pages Google has of your site for a particular keyword/phrase by doing a site keyword cache lookup...

site:www.doylecompanylaw.com cheap company formation. It won't tell you what the SERP is but it will show if your site is there somewhere for a given keyword.

Also check the anchor competitors

allinanchor:"your keyword" for Google
inanchor:"your keyword" in MSN

this will show you how many direct competitors in link building you have
