Need SEO affiliate program to promote !

Hi there.
I'm looking for an international SEO affiliate program.
It can be an SEO ebook, software, services whatever, but the affiliate program should pay through e-gold, stormpay, intgold, wire transfer (paypal doesn't fit), because I'm out of USA. I'm looking for professional tool or service, not some kind of crap.

If anyone knows something, please suggest me.

Below you will find a break down of what we do and how we do it. The wholesale pricing structure has been included as well as the retail pricing. We try to keep this process as simple as possible by keeping the paperwork limited. Basically it works like this.....

What we allow:
* Re-branding: Reseller is allowed to rebrand our services as their own allowing Internet Advancement to work completely in the background on the reseller's behalf
* Marketing: Because the reseller is rebranding our services, they may market in whatever form they choose as long as they are not marketing to a known Internet Advancement client. (If this should happen, we will inform you and ask that you discontinue your contact)
* Accounting: Billing is kept simple. We charge you for our services at wholesale, you may charge your client anywhere between wholesale and the listed retail on our website (www.internetadvancement.com) You must bill your client directly.
* Agreements: There is a standard agreement between the reseller and Internet Advancement. This agreement is identical to any client we have. The agreement between the reseller and their client is to be controlled by the reseller. You may however, change the agreement you have with Internet Advancement to reflect your name and your clients name. In this way you are offering the exact same guarantees to your client as we have offered to you.
* Sales Requirement: There is no minimum sales requirement to become a reseller. We do waive the set up fee on your 11th program with us as a thank you for your hard work. This "free" program must be consistent with the average program you have been selling to your clients. Normal monthly fee's will still be charged, but you are still entitled to a 90 days waive.
