Need seo help and much more

Don't know where to start so I'll try here. I have about 100 - 150 domain names purchased. All have to do with services for the Northwest Outdoors. Most of these domains have 1 page websites developed. Many show up in search engines and many do not. Google PR ranking runs from 0 to PR5 on these websites. I design complete websites for outdoor businesses in the Northwest (mostly WA, OR & Idaho). I sell my clients ads on these websites. Things are OK but I'd like to expand. My goals are to

• finish making websites for all of the domains (just 1 page highly keyworded pages seem to work).

• maximize all the websites for search engines.

• Make links and cross links work for me and not punish me ( I have a few PR5 websites & many PR2 PR3 & PR4 websites and want to use them efficiently.

• Do whatever I can to make each of these websites show up better in search engines better.

I need help because I design websites for clients and maintain them full time and development of these 100 + websites is just more than I am able to keep up with. I have no idea where to start in asking for help but would like anything from free advice to proposals (what can you do and what would you charge). Anyone interested in any part of this please contact me. Could even use help marketing the selling of ads on these websites. Remember, I have an established business where I'm already selling ads now and some of the websites have been successful so I have a good start. I'm just very SEO stupid and the more I learn the less I realize I really know. I need help!
