New MSN bot?

I have been seeing a lot of hotlinking to images from the address tide503.microsoft.com with the referrer being an invalid URL with /shopping/results.aspx?q=search+term&FORM=QBRE as the only valid portion.

Is this a new MSN search bot making the rounds?
