Not to sure how to describe...
When i go to search something in google or yahoo or in any other website with a search function, once I type 1 letter, a list extends underneath the search bar and gives the things I have already searched for, starting with that letter. It was never like this before until a week ago. Is there anyway to disable it?

That's a browser functionality and has nothing to do with any websites you go to. If you're using Firefox, click on Tools > Options, go to the Privacy tab and then the Saved Forms sub-tab. Uncheck the checkbox and click the Clear Saved Form Data Now button.

Yea sorry about putting this in wrong forum, I wasn't really sure where to ask for help. I guess I put this here because this was the search bar engine forum and this was happening to all my search bars so i thought i'd post it here. I don't have Firefox so im still dont know what to do but thanks anyway. Can anyone direct me to the correct forum so I can get help?

The correct forum would be one from the Operating Systems category.
