hello,
i have a question about how search engines present results. I've noticed that regardless of anything I search for, no more than two pages show up in a search (google, msn, or yahoo). Is this the case in every event, or is it just a coincidence? thanks in advance, *j |

If the pages have nearly identical content many searches will only list the first. On google, do you find this:

For example, search medialint visual basic and you get only a few results. However by including all the results you get over 30 pages of results almost entirely devshed ;-)

I don't see that, but is that pretty much the same thing as this (in google):
[ More results from www.mysite.com ] ? thanks for the reply *j |

so if i'm understanding you correctly, the reason why only two pages come up on any given search is that all the other pages that would come up are too similar to the two that actually do come up?
so my solution to get more results for a search would be to make sure the content of the pages are not similar to any other pages? |
