PageRank Fluctuations galore
Did anybody notice the recent changes in PageRank at the different DataCenters? Did anybody see changes in the toolbar yet?

I've check a bunch of my websites and they (almost) all started to fluctuate once again.

Edit: I saw a fluctuation that would bring www.microsoft.com from 9/10 to 10/10. That's just... wow.
