I find you have repeated Denim most of the time anyway seems you have covered most of the daily wear items, what about lingerie?

I didn't mean eliminate, I meant reduce....

There are many methods to enhance you SE placement.

1) Semantic layouts
2) Site maps
3) Back links < this is a biggie
4) friendly URLs that make sense whey you (and SEs) read them

This is old, but gives you a fair outline of some things that are needed..

I was under the impression that having huge keyword lists, titles and description text is a SEO "no-no"?! If it's done, the algorithms or whatever search engine robots use would then flag the pages/sites as being "spam" or something?

IMO things should not be overdone assuming to get optimal benefits from it. Moderation is a key to success in SEO along with the proper implementation of good techniques.

Yep, IMO it is better to target less competitive keywords specific to search terms and make the text keyword rich but avoid over repeatation of keywords.

Even though META tags are widely discounted and not used by most of the major search engines these days, they are still important... WHEN DONE CORRECTLY!

Your examples of meta tags there are more than enough to get yur site flagged for SPAM content and at least reviewed pretty sternly.

As a general rule...

Title: 4-5 words about the theme of the page
Keywords: 20-30 words/SHORT phrases with as few repeated words repeated as possible
Description: 1-2 sensibly sized sentances

And remember... Keep the meta tags (expecially the title) different on every page to show that there is different content on every page. Stick to these tips and you'll do well.

I agree with this, it's good to use them, I have recently gone through a comment by google Product Manager in google groups which states that "unique Meta description tags for each page help google to determine the distinctiveness of a web page" means even google has not discounted it.
