Please help, Adwords is confusing me

First of all, I am new to the whole PPC thing. My problem is that I started with Adwords a few months ago, I set up some basic campaigns and everything seemed to work fine...then just recently we completely redesigned our site, having not checked how my campaigns were doing in months (I know, not a good idea), I decided I was going to go in and tweak them a bit...first I figured I would just test them out to see how they were ranking currently, but our ad didn't show up anywhere. So, eventually I got the idea to see what would happen if I created a new campaign and basically mirror what I had before...it worked!!! That was last night though, and now this morning it isn't working again...anyone have an idea why?

why don't you ask them, they are very response. far better support than any of the other PPC guys.
