Hey! Can anyone tell me the most frequent process to increase the PR.I've taken the help of Google,PR checker sites and different strategies.

To increas PR you need mroe inbound links, like you tried to get from the forum here but were blocked.

Look at it realisticly, forum links are widely known to be almost worthless like that unless you're getting 1,000,000's of them from all over the place, and then they'll only get you to a PR3 if you're lucky.

Get some REAL links and you'll see it go up. Just remmber that it's not a linear curve. The higher the PR, the more links it takes to muve up to the next level.

You can get relevant inbound links by writing articles, exchanging links with other relevant sites or link baiting.

Inbound link is the only way to increase PR.

Loads of quality and relevant backlinks and good content are the key to get a high PR for your website.
Along with this you need to very patient as it does take months after months to increase the PR, it is not a quick fix.
