Sorry, but the page got way too much external Links. The actual PR output is like nothing and a fair trade would be a link from your mainsite - if you trade it with another PR4.

Well, yes that is true. But I've had angry webmasters get up me for not acepting their link request when my linsk have been places on a PR0 page with 4 times that many links, so I guess everyone sees the value differently.

As far as it goes, in reality that is right. That many links just dilutes it and really does make that page look like a "link farm" set up. if you're going to do it properly, stick to 30-40 outbound links per page, and link every page from your main links area, not just one page and daisy chain them down as that'll ruin the PR on every page after the first one as well.

As much as I udnerstand the equal PR arguement on any pages, in reality, PR doesn't get you hits. I've got a site that's PR4 that is getting 1 uniques a day. This is because I haven't had time ot promote that site yet, but you get my drift. PR doesn't equal rankings. Relevant links do.
