Quality of Google results dropped drastically
What I notice is that recently the quality of Google search results dropped drastically.
Spamming pages are everywhere in the search results, even pages that use the most stupid spamming techniques like hidden texts with text color = page background color now appear on page #1.

I can't say I have seen this. Their SERPs seems as good as ever. They're obviously not perfect but ni worse then before and still years ahead of Yahoo and MSN.

Whenever they make a change they may regress in some areas but overall their SERPs improve. Whatever you are searching for may have regressed but what most other people are searching for is stille xcellent.

Google seems to be in the middle of a big index update (the page rank update they do roughly every 3 months). Things sometimes change up a bit and then settle down. It'll probably look better within another few weeks.

There due a Toolbar PageRank Update you mean - which isnt really a true indication of your real PR or your curent SERPs.

Google has a lot of servers and website indexed. I think they clearn SERP manual. And it takes some time. I think that all spam will be deleted presently.

I don't really believe blach-hat seoed sites are topping the resut pages.
