Hi! there guys. Nice Forum.. I just want to ask question??

Some Sites are using, for example http://www.grace-christian-church-ministry-of-nepal.com in their backward links and some using like http://grace-christian-church-ministry-of-nepal.com ... So my question is what will be the benefit of doing these.. These two formats of urls have different page rank . I was so curious that if anyone is there to explain me..
