Rewrite url as what?
www.mysite.com/mypage
or www.mysite.com/mypage.html or www.mysite.com/mypage/index.html whats better for ranking and those sort of thing?

it doesnt really matter, but I would go for www.mysite.com/mypage.html

I would also go with www.mysite.com/mypage.html. For some reason pages in the root of the site rank a little bit better (bit could just be coincidence)
